In certain cases, a reasonable fee may be applicable to cover our administrative costs. However, we may, in exceptional circumstances permitted under the Privacy Act, decline your request for access. If such a situation arises, we will promptly notify you and provide a clear explanation for our decision.

We take privacy complaints seriously and will investigate and respond promptly. The Privacy Officer will acknowledge the receipt of your complaint within seven days from the receipt of your complaint. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 30 calendar days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner on www.oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992.
